The opportunity
This is a rare chance to help shape a large-scale, master-planned community in one of South West Sydney's key growth corridors. The project will deliver thousands of new homes over multiple stages, with a strong focus on sustainability, green space and liveability.
Early stages are complete and the project is now moving into its next phase of delivery. Over the coming years, the community will gain new schools, retail, recreation and open space, and improved transport links.
The role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage the delivery of multiple stages from planning and approvals through to civil works, lot registration and settlement. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, councils and government agencies to deliver on time, on budget and to a very high standard of design and sustainability.
About you
- Proven development management experience, ideally in greenfield, land subdivision or master-planned communities
- Strong knowledge of the NSW planning and approvals framework
- Commercial acumen, with feasibility and budget management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management across government, council and industry
- A real interest in sustainable, community-focused outcomes
