The Role
Work in a high performance team environment to ensure the organisations most important transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable value.
Specifically, This Includes:
- Partner with the business to identify and quantify value opportunities
- Own the end to end transformation framework, driving consistency and transparency
- Provide insights on risks and opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement on the programs tracking tools and reporting processes
- Develop KPI's, targets and performance measures
- Reporting and forecasting to ELT
The Person
- Degree in finance, economics or related discipline
- 5 + years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business performance or consulting
- Prior experience supporting transformation or business improvement initiatives
- strong analytical skills
- Translate data into clear insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
