Our client is seeking an accomplished property professional to lead the master planning and delivery of a landmark residential and mixed-use precinct.
About The Role
You will take the lead across a large-scale, multi-stage precinct, shaping its master plan and driving the commercial strategy that underpins its long-term success. This is a rare chance to influence a project of true scale and significance, working across residential greenfield delivery and broader mixed-use outcomes, including the evaluation of joint venture opportunities with development partners to maximise value for the precinct.
About You
You will bring:
- Significant experience delivering complex residential greenfield projects, with a strong track record in master planning.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams (minimum 2 direct staff), with the ability to drive commercial outcomes across a mixed-use environment.
- Commercial acumen and confidence navigating built form outcomes and structuring terms, including experience with, or strong exposure to, joint venture arrangements
- A forward-thinking mindset, energy and drive to take on a complex, high-profile project and see it through to successful delivery.
This opportunity will suit an experienced Senior Development Manager ready to step up, or a Project Director with strong greenfield experience and a track record of navigating commercial terms across built form.
