Gareth Broadrick leads Capstone Local Government. He holds an MBA (Executive) with a research focus on government workforce planning, has worked in both local and state government executive recruitment for over 25 years, and is the author of the Capstone Government Selection Framework - the methodology applied to every Capstone engagement.

The methodology you are engaged through is evidence-based, grounded in design, not opinion. The mandate you commission is overseen by Gareth personally.
